When you exchange the used(dull) burr cutter to the new one, sometimes it takes time to set it up. Especially if you try to arrange the right and left parallelism correctly, you may screw up again and again. The setting time depends on the skills of operators. We would say the approximate exchange time is between 15 minutes to 90 minutes.

Some people are OK to wait for the term, however some others are not acceptable if it takes more than 1 hour.
You cannot run the machine during that period as you might know.
That is the reason we developed this detachable burr cutter.
Once you use it, you just remove the blade part. You will never arrange the parallelism anymore.
We would say, the changing time is no more than 2 minutes.
